Personalised Edible Cake Toppers

Because our cake toppers are personalised, edible products, they are made to order and cannot be reused or resold. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for orders where:

  • The customer has provided incorrect information (such as spelling, images, or sizing)
  • The customer has changed their mind after the item has been printed
  • The product has been opened, used, or partially consumed

We encourage all customers to double‑check their personalisation details before completing checkout.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We take great care to ensure your topper arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Once verified, we will offer either a free replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.


Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed or lost due to courier issues, we will work with you to resolve the problem. While we cannot control postal delays, we will always do our best to help. For time‑sensitive events (such as birthdays), we recommend ordering well in advance.
